German independent watch brand Tutima is known for its aviation-inspired watches, as well as for its water watches. Now, though, the brand takes the ultimate plunge with a new line of M2 Seven Seas Titanium diver’s watches endowed with bold hues for ultimate legibility under water. The new versions boast bright orange Signal and yellow signal dials with striking contrasts and luminescence.

The M2 series of professional instruments is a fan favorite among collectors because of the tool functions and versatility of wear. The newest M2 Seven Seas watches are no exception. Featuring a day and date window at 3:00 on the bold dials, the watches are water resistant to an exceptional 50 ATM or 500 meters. The water resistances is achievable thanks to a screwed crown and with a threaded back. The sapphire crystal on the front is a 3mm thick antireflective pane to help with water resistance.

The hands and oversized markers of the 44mm Seven Seas Signal watches are coated with a Super-LumiNova substance to glow under water and in the dark. The black accent colors for the hours, minutes marker and seconds hand (as well as for the Tutima logo) adds a nice contrast – making the watch a great land-loving companion, as well. The unidirectional bezel features a luminescent triangle at 12:00.
Tutima powers the ultimate dive watch with the self-winding Caliber 330 that is based on the ETA 2836 movement with added changes by Tutima, including engraved oscillating weight with a gold seal on its rotor and offers 38 hours of power reserve. This watch also marks the first time in the Seven Seas edition that a two-part strap is being offered. It is made of rubber and Kevlar – ensuring ultimate durability. The rubber, which lines the inner part of the strap and hugs the wrist, is color-coordinated to the dial. Even the stitching is color coordinated. Each watch is also offered with a pure titanium bracelet. Sold on a strap, the Seven Seas watches retail for $1,900. On a titanium bracelet, it sells for $2,300.

The 330 caliber is based on the ETA 2836 movement with added changes by Tutima, including its oscillating weight adorned with the brand’s golden seal. It features central hours, minutes and seconds, day and date and beats at 28,000 vibrations. It boasts 38 hours of power reserve.
