Just 99 pieces will be made.
Breguet
This Reine de Naples watch 18-karat gold oval watch boasts a bezel that is meticulously set with 128 diamonds. The crown is set with a ruby cabochon and the mother-of-pearl background encircles moon-phase indicator, a power reserve indicator and an offset time-indication dial. The subsidiary seconds dial is in the shape of a stylized heart. A self-winding mechanical movement with high-tech silicon balance spring powers the watch. Just 28 pieces will be made.
Glashütte Original
This Glashütte Original Lady Serenade 36mm stainless steel case boasts a mother-of-pearl dial set with eight heart-shaped pink sapphire crystals interspersed with Roman numerals. The bezel sparkles with 52 diamonds and is complemented by a cabochon cut diamond on the crown. The watch is powered by a mechanical movement bad in house that offers 40 hours of power reserve. Just 50 pieces will be made.
Harry Winston
The Harry Winston Premier Valentine’s Flying Hearts Automatic 36mm watch features a dial decorated with a bouquet of heart-shaped balloons crafted in either red, pink or white cabochons. The balloons are tied together with twisted white-gold threads with two heart-shaped rubies at the bottom. The 18-karat 36mm white gold case and lugs are set with 57 diamond brilliants. A mechanical movement with 72 hours of power reserve powers the watch. Just 14 pieces will be made.
