Made in honor of the contemporary Australian jazz musician James Morrison, and his ongoing contribution to the development of the next generation of jazz musicians, Oris unveils yet another winner in its Jazz collection: the James Morrison Academy of Music Limited Edition watch. The timepiece supports his eponymous music academy in Australia.

The 38mm watch is an automatic timepiece with blue gradient dial and gold hands and indexes. Clean, simple, sophisticated and designed to recall the golden trumpets that the multi-instrumentalist plays. The central seconds hand’s counterbalance is shaped like the finger hook of a trumpet. The case back is engraved with the Academy’s trumpet logo. Just 1,234 pieces will be made in s stainless steel, with each retailing for $2,100.
