A 1938 Mercedes-Benz wins the Best of Show at 2021 Concours d’ Elegance in Pebble Beach
As a follow up to our post on Friday about the Monterey Motor Sports week and all of its events, including the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion, The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering and the Tour d’ Elegance presented by Rolex: the winner of the Best of Show category at the Concours was a 1938 Mercedes-Benz 540K Autobahn Kurier.
The owners of the winning car, Arturo and Deborah Keller, not only received the trophy, but also a specially engraved Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust 41 President watch. Rolex has been supporting these events for almost 25 years and its presence was pervasive in this atmosphere dedicated to preserving the past with an eye to the future.
