Here in sunny Key Biscayne, Florida, the Sony Ericsson Open Tennis Tournament is taking place, and we had the great opportunity last night of watching som good tennis — thanks to Rado. This inventive brand is the Official Timekeeper of Sony Open Tennis and many other tournaments this year. Famed for its purple playing surface, the Sony Open is part of hte ATP World Tour Masters 1000 Series, wherein players challenge one another in three sets. Official timing systems are represented by corner clocks in the shape of the Rado HyperChrome watch.
Additionally, Rado recently signed on Scottish-born player Andy Murrray — a top-ranking player on the ATP — as a brand ambassador, and is airing a host of new commericials with him as the star. We’ll be bringing you an interview with him soon.
