Louis Moinet releases its Jules Verne Instrument III monopusher chronograph, inspired by Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea. The new piece features a patent-pending for the chronograph function indicator. According to Jules Verne descendent, Jean-Michel Verne, “The distinctive chronograph indicator signals which function has been selected: start, stop or reset. Its design is inspired by the famous Chadburn telegraph transmitters on historical ships.”
The exclusive mechanical self-winding Louis Moinet caliber LM30 includes ceramic ball bearings with openwork rotor mounted on them – giving maximum winding and improving shock resistance. The watch offers 48 hours of power reserve and is crafted in either Grade 5 titanium or in 18-karat rose gold. It is water resistant to 100 meters.
