The HL2.3
Hautlence unveils a new model in its Concepts d’exception – HL2.0 collection here at BaselWorld 2013. The HL2.0 models – designed and developed completely in house — display half-trailing jumping hours, retrograde minutes, and a power-reserve indicator in bold and brazen fashion. The newest watches in this series – the HL2.1, HL2.2, and HL2.3– are the first to offer a totally in-house mechanical movement with automatic winding. The watch is constructed around the retrograde minutes function, while the jumping hours mechanism features a 12-link chain that is activated by a connecting rod (as in the HL collection). The 552-part movement is protected by three patents: one for the half-trailing hours chain, one relating to the regulating organ integrated into the mobile bridge, and the third covers the operation of the movement’s two barrels. The new watches are created in a limited edition of 28 numbered pieces each: HL2.1 in 18-karat white gold, HL2.2 in 18 carat rose gold and HL2.3 in titanium.
