With summer upon us, water sports are all the rage. But you don’t have to spend a fortune for a watch that weathers the elements with you. The all new Gucci Diver watches go beyond fashion to the realm of form and function. The 45mm pieces are built in either black PVD coated steel or in stainless steel with black rubber straps or steel bracelets. Versions include the GP3300 automatic — which houses a movement manufactured by sister brand Girard-Perregaux. The 241-part Swiss Made caliber has a power reserve of 46 hours and is the result of five years of research and development. The watch meets strict guidelines of underwater reliability according to ISO standards, and is water resistant to 300 meters. It retails for just about $1,000.
