Last month, we brought you the story of the new three=series Quantum collection from Ritmo Mundo – focusing on the Quantum 1. Now, we bring you some insight into the slightly crazy sibling, Quantum III. Also colorful renditions on black PVD steel cases, the Quantum II offers a different sort of colorful appeal – with just one side of the watch bezel produced in bright hues. While the dial and the bezel feature carbon fiver patterns, the watch is equipped with an aluminum ring on one side of the bezel that draws unusual attention to it.
Red, Orange, Blue, Green and hot pink are among the delightful colors, and naturally the seconds hand is color coordinated. What makes these lopsided watches even more intriguing – sort of like a split personality – is that one half of the watch dial resembles an actual dial with markers, (and date at 12:00), white the other side features the letters RITMO to mark the 7-11:00 hours. This watch offers intrigue, mystery and a dash of colorful action. The Quatum III retails for a very likeable price of $895.
