Bobby’s Bellini (From Bobby Van’s Steakhouse, NYC)
Ingredients:
2 ounces blood orange puree
1 ounce Limoncello
5 ounces prosecco
1 twist of lemon
Combine blood orange puree and Limoncello in champagne flute. Tip the glass and slowly add prosecco. Squeeze lemon and garnish.
South Fork (From Sotto Sopra, Amagansett, NY)
Ingredients:
2 sprigs of mint
2 cucumber slices
2 lime slices
1 dash simple syrup
4 ounces Jameson Irish Whiskey
2 ice cubes
1 dash fresh orange juice
In a shaker, muddle mint,cucumber and lime together with simple syrup. Add whiskey and ice to shaker. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Top with orange juice and garnish with cucumber slice.
Pomegranate White Cosmopolitan (From Ivy Bar & Grill, NYC)
Ingredients:
2 ounces Tito’s vodka
1 1/2 ounces white cranberry juice
1 ounce St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
1 squeeze fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce pomegranate juice
3 ice cubes
1 lime wedge
Combine vodka, white cranberry juice, Elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice and ice cubes in shaker. Shake well. Strain, pour into a martini glass and top with pomegranate juice. The pomegranate juice will sit at the bottom of the glass creating a two-tiered effect. Garnish with lime wedge.
