Last night on the rooftop of the NoMad Hotel in New York, Jaeger-LeCoultre presented an exclusive viewing of Jaeger-LeCoultre watches – unique artistic and heritage pieces — in a sneak peek of what will premiere to the public beginning tomorrow at the NY TimeCrafters show at the Armory. The Hybris Artistica Collection of 12 precious timepieces expresses Jaeger-LeCoultre’s mastery of hand craftsmanship, artisanry and creative thinking. These 12 watches symbolize the brand’s excellence in watchmaking and include the Master Grand Tradition Gyrotourbillon 3, Duometre a Grande Sonnerie, Duometre Spherotourbillon, Rendez-Vous Celestial and more.
Additionally, at TimeCrafters this week, we are able to witness 10 superb vitinage pieces from the Jaeger-LeCoultre Heritage collection, including grand complication pocket watches from the 19th century, minute repeaters, perpetual calendars, chronographs and secret watches — all with refined decorations in enamel, engraving or gem setting.
We also got another great close-up look at the record-breaking ultra-slim minute repeater Hybris Mechanica 11. It was, indeed, a grand night. Even better: anyone attending TimeCrafters this weekend can view these masterpieces as well.
(Oh, and aslo, we will bring you more on these watches soon, stay tuned.)
