Kenneth Cole Powered by You watch
Continuing with our Affordable Watches week, and recognizing the philanthropic side of time, we bring you a wonderful new timepiece. Just recently, Kenneth Cole New York, through its watch licensee partner, the Geneva Watch Group, unveiled a special collaboration with amfAR – and released the limited edition “Powered by You” automatic watch. The watch is designed to inspire people to generate change in the global community – and represents both companies’ commitments to giving back.
The Powered by You automatic watch encourages individuals to make change and to show their support for AIDS awareness. Each watch features a vibrant red hand on the sub-second dial, red minute track accents and an enamel red ribbon on the caseback, symbolizing efforts 
to find a cure. The back of every watch features an exhibition crystal to enable viewing of the 21-jewel self-winding automatic movement. Each watch – with a skeletonized dial – retails for $250.
The Geneva Watch Group will donate at least $25,000 for the sale of the watches to amfAR, the Foundation for AIDS Research. Now in his eighth year as Chairman of amfAR, Kenneth Cole continues his 25-plus years of support of and dedication to the organization.
